We have one more week left of Summer Swim.  There will be many emails coming from me, please let me know if there are any questions.

We have a meet on Tuesday at Raritan Valley Country Club (please sign out if you can't make it).  We have championships this weekend (please sign out if not coming and email/text me if your swimmer has a stroke preference - for example, does NOT want to swim a certain stroke or really wants to swim a certain stroke).

On Sunday, July 28th we have our End of Season Team Party (Banquet) at Glen Ridge. 

RSVP - Please complete the attached form and drop off to me or in the clubhouse or complete the google form at the following link: Gator Banquet Form

Payment - Please pay by check or Venmo. If you pay by check, please make out to GRSC and place in the folder on the swim team bulletin board. Please do not give to the coaches. My Venmo is @pjrossi17. Please complete the form (either hardcopy or google) and return with your payment (check, cash or Venmo) by this Friday, July 26th. Please visit the Sign-Up Genius Banquet sign-up (will be sent separately on Monday) and let us know what you can bring.

Coaches Gift - Coaches Drew & Marisol have done a great job this season with all of our swimmers. If you would like to contribute to an end of season gift to say “thank you,” please include on the banquet form (suggested amt: $10 per family). *Even if you’re not attending the banquet, please consider the $10 contribution. Thanks!

Banquet Slide Show – Kevin and Kyle have volunteered to make the slideshow for the banquet. Please send your pictures ASAP to [email protected]. They can be pictures from meets, Glen Ridge events, etc that include Gator Swimmers and our volunteer parents in action. Senior parents, please include a few baby pictures and graduation picture of your Senior Gator Swimmer.

Swim Team Photo - Bishop Photo will be here again this year to offer individual photos of your swimmer poolside as well as to take our team photo. Order forms will be available at the Banquet or you can order photos at http://www.bishopphoto.com/. Our league code is GLENSWIM24NJ.  Individual photos will begin at 4pm. The team photo is scheduled for 4:30pm. Please be on time and wear your green/team swimsuits. 

Banquet schedule of events:

4:00pm: Individual swimmer photos (poolside) **Wear your swimsuits**

4:30pm: Team photo - Don't be late!

5:00pm: Dinner served

After Dinner: Team & Special Awards presented, Dessert served & DVD Presentation begins at dusk.
